Products purchased on Mercedeh-shoes.com are delivered only to countries pre-selected by our partner Colissimo International and Chronopost International. Products are delivered to the delivery address shown in your order. However, Mercedeh reserves the possibility of splitting up the deliveries. Therefore only the products shipped shall be debited. Mercedeh may not be held liable for the consequences due to a delay in transportation; for that purpose, a tracking number will be given to you at the time the package leaves our warehouses, to enable you to follow the progress of the transportation.

5.2 Delivery problems
We ask you not to take delivery of a damaged package (carton showing visible traces of having been opened and/or deteriorated). Indeed, packages leaving the warehouses of Mercedeh-shoes.com are always faultless, and must be delivered to you in this condition.
You must notify Mercedeh-shoes.com of all reserves on the product delivered (for instance: damaged package, already open…) within 3 days following receipt of the product. Then, according to the cases defined in Article 5.3 here-under, you may be entitled to exchange conditions or, failing that, to the reimbursement provided in this Article.

5.3 Conformity of the products
We undertake to exchange or, failing that, to reimburse the defective products. In this case, kindly mention this in detail by e-mail and return the product(s) to us. Mercedeh will exchange or, failing that, reimburse the product(s). The request must be made within 7 working days following the delivery. Any claim made outside this time limit will not be accepted. Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with the original packaging.
In any case, you enjoy the provisions of the legal warranty, namely those related to the warranty of concealed defects.
The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from availing yourself of the right of withdrawal (satisfaction or your money back) provided in Article 8.

The payments of your purchases
- For each order and delivery in Metropolitan France or overseas departments, the payment of your purchases are done by credit card Visa, Master Card, American Express.

The goods will be sent when the total amount of the purchase will be credited on our bank account.

Reimbursements of products in the cases mentioned in Articles 5 and 8 will be made within 15 days or less after we receive the products.
Reimbursement will be made according to Mercedeh’s preference by credit into your bank account or by bankers cheque sent to the name of the client having placed the order and at the invoicing address indicated in the original order.

8.1 You have a 7-day time limit from the time you receive the package to return the product(s) that do not suit you. Return expenses shall not be chargeable to Mercedeh. Returns will be made to Mercedeh.Shoes – Le Métropole – 17, av. des Spélugues – 98000 Monaco.
The present right of return may be accepted only for products in perfect condition, in their original packaging and together with a copy of the purchase invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated or soiled by the client will not be taken back.
